My plan was to have my Ex- Manager and Skip level manager write LOR's, since my new boss just started working with me 2 months back. However, my Skip level manager was quite a senior guy and he retire a few months back and don't have access to official maid id. Should i use his personal mail id? In last application he also gave me recommendation

Yes, it is okay if your recommender uses a personal email. Just explain the situation in the additional essay.

This is plain wrong; there are plenty of people 30+ in the class. Every single Veteran, for starters.
