hi guys, wanna ask your opinion for a few questions if it is ok.
Currently I work at a startup. This company is a new business under a big conglomerate so basically my role is to be the 'Founder' of the startup, building it from scratch. So I technically can be considered both 'intrapreneur' and entrepreneur. How do you think I should present myself to adcom? As an employee of a big conglomerate building the company from scratch, or an entrepreneur?
Furthermore, I plan to 'return' to my current employer post MBA goal, with the same role. Will it be perceived badly that I do not leverage the MBA to actually look for 'better' position? The goal is to acquire knowledge and network so that I can build this company better
Last, I plan to apply the knowledge I get from the MBA on the business during the course of the study, I will be meeting investors, validating ideas based on professors' input, looking for a co-founder etc. Will this be perceived badly as it may be perceived to be distracting me from my study?
Thank you
