Every Adcom will suggest you to submit application whenever you feel its the best you can do. During MBA tour, one student said and I quote "the admit rate is pretty much the same in both rounds"
My interview was virtual with a current professor and Johnson alumna.
We only discussed the case study for 5-7 minutes before walking through my work experience, why I'm choosing to pursue a MBA at this time, and why Cornell Tech.
It was very comfortable and she left plenty of time at the end for me to ask 3-4 questions.

Do you know how pacement works for that... I talked to a consultant she said it’s mostly internships being converted to full time offers sort of norm in two years but she said she ain’t have any clue how it might work out for one year course. D
ShivExplores, I spoke to 2 alumni of one-year programs, they said recruitment takes place in fall. Even though most convert interns into full time employees ( for 2 year MBA), but they also consider one-year MBA graduates. There’s a consulting practicum project that takes place over a semester. Maybe you can leverage that to push your case
I don’t have any work experience so does that put my application at a major disadvantage while applying at Cornell??

Hi, if you do not have any kind of experience then it might potentially be an issue not alone for Cornell but for a top mba program. A minimum experience of atleast 2 years is highly preferred by most of these programs. Though you can still try to connect with the admissions team to know your profile eligibility.
