I agree. Invites are being sent as we speak and you may receive one at any time between now and Nov 4th.

Just because your application says “submitted” in the portal and you haven’t yet received an invite does not mean that you won’t receive an interview invite

FYI for everyone here - When you submit, they have a reader comb through your entire app and ensure that it is complete (transcripts, scores, etc. are filled out). Once that is confirmed, they change it from Submitted to Under Review. That means it is now in the pile for the adcoms to pick up and review; it does not mean it is actively being evaluated.
