For Darden, your interviewer could be an adcom member or a 2nd year student. I interviewed in the open season in August. There was an adcom member and a 2nd year student who was training to conduct interviews by herself. I ended up asking questions to both of them in the Q&A at the end.
I was asked these questions:

1. Tell me something about yourself
2. Future goals
3. Professors you want to study under
4. What do you want to do in Charlottesville
5. Clubs you want to join
6. Leadership and ethics (STAR stories)

The interview was half an hour. 23 mins of them asking and 7 mins of me asking questions
