Idk if this is helpful to anyone but rather than getting a huge dessert or eating junk I made a massive bowl consisting of:
- 400g miracle/shirataki noodles
- 448g extra lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 200g or so of mushrooms
Idk I have a habit of stress eating and I feel like some may relate so hopefully this helps some folks with healthy meal that hits the spot

At the same time, traditionally they say that early rounds are the best chance to get in so if this feels competitive, it’s potentially not a good sign 😔
