Prepare your essays carefully. The Admissions Committee considers your responses to the following questions important in the selection process. Please respond fully and concisely using 1.5 line spacing. Your response to each question should be no more than 2 pages in length, with a font size no less than 10-point. Oh sorry... didn't mean to lead you in any direction, I'm merely speculating. Don't most adcoms release decisions on Friday's on Monday's? Plus since the deposit deadline was only last Friday (20th), I would think that they'll take the next few days to re-assess their waitlist before making any decisions.

Haven't heard anything. Hopefully some movement in the next two weeks, but last year calls didn't start coming until mid-June, according to the old thread. Quoting the email from admission (my emphasis): "At the end of May , you will be assigned to an admissions counselor who will help you navigate the admissions process during the summer months when our review of waitlisted applicants is less predictable." Fairly ambiguous, but I'm guessing by June 1 they won't mind if we all start calling

I was intrigued by that statement myself. I wonder whether they mean that literally? If yes, then thats quite awesome... we'll be able to get some feedback on our applications!
