Prepare your essays carefully. The Admissions Committee considers your responses to the following questions important in the selection process. Please respond fully and concisely using 1.5 line spacing. Your response to each question should be no more than 2 pages in length, with a font size not smaller than 10-point. Are you talking about the resume? I used my own, it looks very similar in structure and content to the Duke's example. Just not the fonts and stuff.

Hi foqua09 I think you are asking about essays. I used 10 point font and 1.5 line spacing. Anything less that 10 would be too small. And single spaced would be crowded. I suppose you can use double spaced if you want that is if your essays are short. Hope that helps.

They have a sample resume with the application but its set up for a current student (education first). I put my work experiance first. I don't think you should feel the need to tailor yours to the example at all. I think its more meant to let people know they are looking for a resume and not a CV
