Thanks neo, that makes me feel a bit better. Where'd you here that from about the Duke adcom? I'm not going to read my app again to avoid such heart attacks...
My opinion is based on the student/adcom blogs, interviews of adcom members and reviews from consultants.
And yes, reading an application after submission is always a bad idea (but totally review it before an interview!), b'coz not much can be done about major mistakes. Minor mistakes, 1 or 2, are just gonna exist with almost all who haven't hired a consultant or taken help of additional eyes.

I think you must write an email to the Duke adcom and update them about this minor mistake . I feel it would reflect badly on your commitment to your application if they notice a mistake that you couldn't. Worst they might even draw some weird conclusion from your bullet point. From my interactions with Fuqua adcom , I can say with certainty that they are very friendly and such a minor mistake won't even affect your application .
I love democracy! We all can be correct even when we don't have same opinion.
