Thanks for the well wishes, guys! Sundhu, burnermba64, mc93 :D

And just to confirm for anyone worried about funding, Fuqua still does give scholarships even if you were waitlisted (which was honestly pretty amazing).
Just wanted to mention it as I know the cost can be a huge dealbreaker for some, so don't lose heart! :D

did anyone who has interviewed in R2 hear back on the decision? what are the chances of conversion into admit after interview for Duke Fuqua? is it true that they already have given out majority Indian admits? Im an Indian living and working in the US for the past 6 years with cross functianl teams. Also will they look at my GMAT score again after the interview? thanks in advance people!

The decisions for R2 will be announced 16th of March, there is no official conversion rate, nobody but adcom knows whether there are more slots for indians, , so unfortunatley I do not believe that you can find such info . Regarding Gmat, I think they review the application again holistically after they have conducted the interview process .

It’s a little light on the experience, their latest average work exp is 5.9 years

Fuqua is one of the few schools that cares less about test scores, so the 329, while impressive, is unlikely to make up for lack of work experience

I can wholeheartedly say that this is not true. Fuqua is no less particular about scores as are most of the school.. anything else being said is a complete facade

We can agree to disagree, but my claim is demonstrated by Fuqua’s lower GMAT/GRE medians relative to it’s peer schools.

Fuqua has reported several times in their info sessions that they care more about admitting people who actually want to be there, than admitting people with ultra high stats.

Yes their students also claim the same and then you will see students only above a certain par score being invited for interviews

also fuqua endorses it’s range more than it’s median in most forums so I’ll question that data
