On the contributions essay, really your contribution can only be linked to past experience - because that's your proof that you can actually contribute. It might ring hollow to say you will contribute in a certain way and have no experience in that industry/thing you are talking about, because then in reality what can you contribute?

what is your background, and which clubs are you interested in?

I did some digging on old ClearAdmit chat rooms and it does seem like Fuqua calls on the day of. And Indian applicants who get in typically start getting calls from 5pm IST. Either way, by 9:30pm IST the decision will be updated on the portal as per their website. Fingers crossed!

Oh so the portal updates whether or not you pick up the phone?

Your admission is contingent on picking the phone call. If you miss it, you need to be at the Adcom office before decisions are sent out. Jk mate, your portal updates and you get an email regardless. Phone call is just an early heads up if the news is good.
