I really can't take this.

I want my Ross interview invite... I'd be beyond pissed if I didn't get that.
I want to do my interview on campus which is unlikely with only a week left. smh.

And I haven't received an invite from McCombs.

I'd rather you just dump me early instead of making me feel like I have a chance  (Still talking about business school... lol )

Don't worry about getting an invite from McCombs. They're not doing interviews for Consortium applicants. All you need to worry about is making sure you got your log-in information for the app.

I feel ya on the anxiety of having to wait. Even though there's tons of benefits of applying through the Consortium, the whole process is a lot less transparent than applying through regular means :?

wait. ....McCombs doesn't interview consortium applicants? Is that their usual practice or something new?

[ definately glad I got my log in info.... ]

Unless I'm mistaken, I'm pretty sure that McCombs doesn't require an interview outside of the Consortium one. Other schools such as Yale SOM do the same. Can anyone else confirm this about McCombs?

That is correct - they use your Consortium interview for all admission decisions.

Yes, that is the entire point of the Consortium interview: an omnibus interview that MOST of the Consortium member schools accept as their own, regardless of what school gave it.

yup, and try to RELAX!!!! you're going to give yourself an ulcer -if you don't already have one :) i'm trying to remain calm until feb 26th. if i don't get any answers then, i may lose it. :shocked (lol. i'm sorry! i'm having too much fun w/ the emoticons)

when i was studying for the gmat, i almost lost my mind. i was so stressed and anxious. i started working out every other day and it def'ly helped. do you have a way to burn off all that extra energy? if you have a lot of free time on your hands, maybe you can use the time to apply for scholarships, prep your taxes for the fafsa app, etc. just a thought...

As for this Feb. 26th date that every seems to be mentioning, it was my understanding that that is the date the schools need to notify the Consortium about their decision, not us. I thought we would hear from the schools on or around the dates they notify their entire admissions pool. Am I wrong??

Has anyone received a log-in from Ross? I had my interview with them last week, but have yet to receive an email about the status of my application materials.

I got this login email, but mine does work. Did you use a different email address on the app?

Send an email to the school. I had a similar problem and the problem was fixed.

Mine works and I am able to log on, but then it just says that there is an error and there is no application associated with my email address. Zippy10, what does yours look like when you log on?

Recent Activities
The status of your application appears below. Please note:
* It can take time to process materials. We appreciate your patience and ask that you wait four (4) weeks following the application deadline for materials that were sent separately – such as test scores (GMAT, TOEFL, etc.), transcripts, and recommendations – to appear as having been received. We will contact you if we have not received your materials by that time.
* A status of “Awaiting” does not necessarily mean that we have not received your materials; we may have received them but may not yet have matched them to your application. Because we do not process materials until after the application deadline, materials that were submitted separately before the deadline (such as test scores) may not appear as having been received until after the deadline.
