Unfortunately I didnt visit schools. My GMAT score was not very high, so I applied to as many schools as I could to compensate for that. My pockets are actually quite shallow. But like everyone else on this thread, I see this as an investment into my future. I cant be penny wise and pound foolish.
As for the vacation days, my current job is a finance rotational program. As a result, I have a new boss every 6 months. Fortunately for me, they do a very bad job with tracking vacation days.
That's awesome! I need my employer to not track my vacation for the next 6 months so I can leave work 2 weeks earlier than planned and still get paid. Good luck with all of your schools. If you wind up interviewing with Wharton on campus in Philly, hit me up.
