Applied to 6 Consortium Schools in Rd 2-CMU, Cornell, Emory, Indiana, Texas, Michigan.
Interviews So Far: Cornell, Indiana
No Word From: CMU, Emory, Texas, and Michigan

I hear that the second round (and last i think) of Consortium interviews for Michigan will go out on Friday. Based on responses here, Some Rd 2 interviews for McCombs and CMU have gone out. I haven't seen any feedback on Emory interviews.

This forum has been a god send. No more forum stalking, and more participating. Good luck everyone!

Welcome! Thanks for emerging from the shadows! Don't forget to add to the roll call and can I add you as an 'Interview Captain' for Johnson and Kelley?

Yes, I can be an "Interview Captain". How do I add to the roll call?

Senator,
I'm down to talk to anyone about my experience at Emory in greater detail as well... Also I just got my email confirmation about my Kellogg interview....! I know this is the consortium blog, but if anyone can help me out with that it would be greatly appreciated.

How do I add to the roll call?

Simple.

Step One: Click on My Profile in the Upper Right Corner and add your metrics (GMAT, GPA, Age, WE) You can adjust settings if you are sensitive about privacy.

Step Two: On the first page of this thread under the charts there is a listing of Member Schools. All you have to do is click the link "Add to my Schools" next to the school you've applied to and it will do it automatically. Make sure you are in the 2011 - 2012 admissions cycle for CGSM R2.

Let me know if you have problems.

Hey Senator,

Just a minor call out on the interview team captains - Simon and Rochester are one and the same - I see them listed separately.

Are you interviewing on campus or will you be off-campus with an alum?

Also I your profile has Stanford highlighted in blue. Did you get an interview invite?

Fuqua - Not part of of CGSM, but I realize many have this one on their list

I've also been accepted to most of these so if you guys have questions PM me.

Yes, I checked their website when I applied and the applicant-initiated interview was listed as N/A for consortium applicants. Link: tuck[dot]dartmouth[dot]edu/admissions/how-to-apply/important-dates/

Thus, I thought they only invited consortium candidates. Based on what I'm reading on this forum though, it seems their website probably wasn't updated to reflect the new consortium interview policy. Looks like no Tuck for me this year

I applied to Tuck without self-initiating an interview as well. I did explain it in my "Why Tuck" essay though. I don't think all hope is lost. I spoke to a student who was accepted without self-initiating an interview. He said Tuck will call around 5 weeks before the decision deadline if they are interested :-D

Dont lose hope!! Even though I did not self-initiate an interview, I ranked Tuck as #1 in my rankings and showed deep interest. "Why Tuck" was probably the best essay I wrote. Very curious to see if they will call applicants like us.

Are there any Tuck applicants here who did not self-initiate an interview? Would love to hear from you guys! :-D

Guilty as charged. I think I may not make the cut cause I did not rank them 1st, I am still expectant though that it'll work out.

I was in the same boat, and had them down in my rankings as well. They called me for an interview anyways however.

Really getting worried now,...applied Consortium RD2 and got the Ross interview invite on Jan.19th. The quick response from Ross may have spoiled me but besides login info I haven't heard a word from Darden, Haas, and Yale.

This is just a theory, but perhaps schools that consolidate Consortium rounds are under more pressure to move earlier to appease first round applicants. That may be why Ross jumped fast and Darden hasn't yet. Not sure though, are Haas and Yale consolidators or split rounders?

I know Yale consolidates R1 and R2 applicants. I've heard that Fridays are the days that they generally send out the invites. I'll say give it till this Friday...

Not sure about Haas though..

Interesting,..are those Consortium invites (precious few from what I can tell) to Darden R1 or R2? I know gblaze recently received an invite...anybody else? I don't hear a whole lot of chatter on Darden and Haas for some reason.

I'm kinda resigned to being dinged at Yale because i ranked them last.

I hear Yale is somewhat sensitive also to rankings. But nonetheless, you just never know, keep the hope alive.
