I did my interview over Internet (they have a website you log into for it; not Skype).

It was blind, she had my resume, but not my essays in front of her.

Lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. Very conversational. Normal questions: why an mba, why fisher, why now, what do you bring to the table, walk me through your resume, what is not on your resume they should know, specific questions about my story, weaknesses/strengthes...

Nothing too surprising, but it was actually a great interview and I really enjoyed the conversion. I left the interview very excited about Fisher.

I come from a very non-traditional background in regards to majors and work experience, so it is hard to compare my profile to others

But, in the end I got in, so the key I think is to have a story and tell it well.

Yes, scanned copy of transcript is OK for admission purposes. However, once admitted, we need to have our college send the official transcript to Ohio State.

Well i recently completed my interview round and it was conducted by alison merzel the admissions director.

I would place the interview duration between 30-45 minutes.
It was pretty conversational with the usual MBA interview questions and there was no case question asked.
I had to log in to a link that they provided me with for the video interview and my interview was recorded for their use.
There was no stress during the process and i came out feeling better about the program.

Some pointers though,
It usually helps if you have a clarity of what you want from the program and how you feel you can contribute.
Use a lot of incidents to put your point across that helps them understand why we did what we did at that point in time..
