  The Post-MBA "Gaps" Essay:  Writing the core 550–750 word goals prompt, focusing specifically on identifying the practical "deficiencies" in your current skill set that only a Foster MBA can bridge. 
  The Mission Statement Alignment:  Brainstorming the 350–550 word essay to show exactly how your past professional or personal actions align with one of the program's four core pillars ( We Foster Leaders, We Foster Insights, We Foster Progress,  or  To Better Humanity ).

Foster Application is asking for grade submission on a scale of 4, rather 2. Has anyone checked in with their team if our 10 point scale from India needs to be converted in 4 through WES?
