For either of the campuses, you hold a good profile in the three aspects - academic, professional, and extra curricular. Be sure to mention your research papers, awards at work and your content creation stint with elaborate details in your application form and in the Essay as well, wherever these achievements fit. There's more than one place to mention your biggest achievements on the application form. So craft it well, and do not leave out the rest of your achievements either. Your score is also within the safe range expected. You can go ahead and apply in Cycle 1. All the best.

You can go ahead and apply. Your credentials are good. Do remember that shortlisting depends on not only your scores, but also all your initiatives and achievements combined, along with a good Essay. Therefore, draft your essay well on how you will benefit the cohort on the basis of your skills, past initiatives, lessons learnt from experiences, leadership potential, etc., as applicable. Also, for your entrepreneurship experience, you need to have a proof of incorporation of the company, along with proof of income, and all paperwork to legitimize your work experience. For the Mahindra experience, you would already have your joining and relieving papers, along with company-issued payslips.
Will there be any AWT in cycle 1, since interviews are online?

There is a possibility of an online proctored AWT before the interviews. You will receive the details with your interview invites. I would recommend preparing for it nevertheless. Topic themes could range from current affairs, recent tech, industry news, macro-economic trends, to general awareness, if I have to suggest a few.
How is the score 570 for Great Lakes? Should I retake the exam ? Experts pls help.

Hi Richa,
Please provide more details on your work experience, academic performance, and extra curricular initiatives and achievements. Great Lakes doesn't have a cutoff and does not shortlist solely on the basis of scores, but also on the basis of overall profile and the essay taken together. Having said that, 570 is in fact on the lower end of the safe score range within which our shortlisted applicants usually lie. Which is why, if you can share your details as mentioned above, here or in a personal message, I can advise you better.

Hi Bruno,
Can you evaluate my profile for the PGDM Program? I might have a slightly atypical profile:
10th- 9.6/10 CBSE
12th- 94 % Commerce CBSE
Graduation: Completed a 4 year BBA undergrad abroad in 2019, at a top 50 QS world ranked university, with a final CGA of 2.5/4.3 (CGA is calculated based on percentiles and there is no mechanism to convert to a percentage according to the university)
I don't have full time work experience as a few job offers that I had received in early 2020 were withdrawn due to COVID-19 disruptions. However, I have done internships in the past with fairly well known brands (not Big 4/ Investment Banking Giants but MNCs). I have also gained certifications from relevant online courses and gained further experience through short-term internship projects in 2020 to cover gaps on my resume.
In terms of extra-curriculars, I am a musician and play guitar and drums. I have trained in classical music in the past. I also have volunteering experiences across Southeast Asia.
I am planning to take the CAT and XAT exam soon.
I also have an official GMAT score of 610- Q42 V31 too. Will this score be sufficient to submit on the application? I have plans to retake the GMAT as well.

Hi Richa,
That's a good profile. You can go ahead and apply. Overall your profile looks sufficient for shortlisting. Do talk about your JLL achievements and NGO experience in the application/essay in detail. If you're mentioning it in your Essay, you should be able to talk about the lessons learnt and skills developed in the process which will make you an effective contributor to the peer learning experience in PGPM. That should help you get shortlisted. If in case you don't get an interview letter for Cycle 1, you can re-apply in cycle 2 with an improved score.
Also Bruno, I sent my score to GLIM. But if I retake the exam and get a better score then I can send that too right ?

Yes if you get a better score, you still have the chance to update it in your application (if you're retaking the test on or before 1st December), and then Submit your application. If your test is scheduled after 1st December and you don't get shortlisted for Cycle 1, you can retry for Cycle 2 with the improved score (by approaching the admissions office at admissions@greatlakes.edu.in with your new score).

Hi JV,
Your academic credentials are stellar, also your GMAT score of 610 is well within the safe range. You can go ahead and apply. If you're having trouble entering your BBA CGA in the form (since percentages are not available) you can approach the admissions office at admissions@greatlakes.edu.in for a workaround.
Sure Bruno would do that. Also I wanted to change my preference to Chennai and Gurgaon both. How do I do that since the application is already submitted.

Hi Bruno,
How do I update the application form with the score? The original deadline was 22 Nov, so I indicated that I will be taking the GMAT. But with my previous 610 score-cancelled (can be reinstated) score, how do I submit it? I have sent an email but no response yet. Any number that I can call for quick assistance?
