Seeing as US applicants outside of California were mostly invited to Super Saturday (this weekend) in order to give them enough time to plan a visit, is it safe to assume a ding if I'm applying from NY and haven't heard anything?

I hate to say it, but I'm guessing that is the case. I'm surprised though because I haven't been notified I'm under review, and I think that happens when you go under review - before they determine whether or not they want you to interview. So either they've reviewed me and I didn't get notified, or they haven't reviewed me yet. Possibly some hope if the latter.

I'm hoping this isn't the case for the both of us! I'm in the same boat, applicant from NY waiting for interview invite. I've checked LiveWire and see only 1 or 2 applicants from NY that have received interviews. My application went into "under review" status about 2 weeks ago so I'm hoping it's not a ding. Anybody else from NY/Northeast area receiving interview invites?

I am applying to the JD/MBA program... was just denied to the JD program. Does not bode well for my MBA application. In my experience, the JD app pushes the MBA through or puts it on hold.

Hi there, am confused about the timing of these notifications. I received an email saying "ready to review" more than a month ago now (bad sign?) Did you guys also receive another email when you went "under review" or did you have to log in to view that status change?
For people who received interview invites (congrats!), do you mind sharing how long it took you to go from ready to review to under review to receiving the invite?

I only got the ready to review email, and the status online said "under review". I don't remember if there was a time lag between the two, but I got the "ready" email about a month ago (SH*T!) and haven't heard anything since.

My theory is that rather than by region (as has been the sense here and in other forums), they review in descending order of GMAT scores, or maybe a combination of the two. I could be way off, but seems plausible.

Anyway, good luck to those interviewing and those still waiting.

I am SF based and just wanted to let people know that it seems they are still rolling out invitations (had somewhat resigned myself to not getting one up until today :) ). The last day I was able to schedule the invite for was March 9th so that probably sheds some light on how much longer they will be sending out invites.
