as far as I know, MBA is on rolling basis, while MIM is not

Nope, the MBA is not on a rolling basis - They have monthly deadlines and stick to their 5-week cycles starting from the end of the deadlines

I just had my 2 interviews last week. One in person and one virtual. Just waiting to the final respond on 18th of November.
The de-brief of the interviews was not helpful, is going to depend a lot on the alumni style. Research more info about your interviewer in Linkedin ;)

Thanks for sharing your experience! I’d forgotten that the results were due on the 17th - for some reason, my mind just kept thinking 21st XD

Also, do you have any perspective on how your interviewers’ background might have affected your interview? I have both of mine scheduled for tomorrow, and am curious about your experience

Sure!
For example I have a Pharma industry background and my interviewers were a venture capitalist and a lawyer, both interviews were so different and uncommon.
for example the presentation with the VC was very short, elevator pitch style and with little details. The other one was 10 minutes long, with a lot of questions, he did a lot of research about the topic and with a lot of focus on my preparation.
