jsamaroo10 Where did you get that 10% placement stat? According to their career placement report 92% of grads had a job within 3 months... If the stat was truly 10% I doubt IE would be ranked as it is right now... It actually just got ranked #4 in their latest report... Europe's situation is getting better, and Spaín's economy has been recovering fast... I am going to IE Sept 2016, I just turned down offers from IESE and ESADE last week.
Hi
I have spoken to current graduates, and they even agreed with me that the 92% stats are misleading, as the majority of that percentage represents students who have acquired new jobs in their home country, as opposed to abroad. IE is ranked high due to their diversity and learning experience of course, but in terms of job placement in Europe, they are far off.
I was also accepted for the Sep 2016 intake, but the fact that majority of students can't find employment in Europe after grad, just is not worth the investment. Europe now has one of the highest unemployment rates right now in the World and they are still recovering from the recession.
I mean, it is not impossible to achieve a good job abroad after grad, but it is very difficult and given the price tag, it should not be as difficult as it is.
