We will be the class of 2017 so you're correct. The program is stated as running from Sep 2015 - May 2017.

Technically, I believe that there are optional pre-program events that begin in August (networking, Spanish classes, etc.)

Strange why I got it so early.

Perhaps they are screening based on locality (i.e. Europeans or something)? I presume pretty much all of the other European candidates went to the Barca (and perhaps the NYC ) AD, so maybe I was bunched in with that lot and as such got my reply much quicker?

In any case, the mail came at exactly 5pm.

I met another guy from India at the AD who got his admit yesterday too - he got it last night (IST)!

It was 5pm Spain time. Like I said mate, I got it in the morning in Japan when I woke up. :)

No idea why I got it this early!

I got an email on Thursday from the scholarship committee with a final decision. Unfortunately not awarded anything :(

I was surprised with the email. I thought decisions will be made on the 17th. Did anyone else hear back from the scholarship committee? I wonder if I can make an appeal

Hey I'm in the same position as you - no scholarship awarded. Haven't thought about appealing, let us know how it goes. According to the IESE website only 20-30 scholarships are offered by IESE.

I also received an offer on Dec 4th at 5 pm. I am a brazilian national working in corporate finance and did not attend the AD.

Also didnt get a scholarship :/

Hey guys! Nice to see that a goof number of you have cracked IESE. I'm applying in R3. What's your advice for me. How did you go about writing your essays? In the tweet essay did you talk about your short term job and preferred location or did you talk about your long term goal or both?
