There are many factors that will place for example
- Your academics
- ⁠nature of work
- ⁠achievements at work
- ⁠your interview skills

Just to answer your question more closely

A GRE scorer with 320 and engineering background (my candidate) converted IIM A as reapplicant with almost 7.5 years of work experience in R1 this year ...

That’s a grey line as GRE was never converted to GMAT FE

324 was give equivalent to 700-710 of classic
