If I write the GMAT Focus on November 21st, but the official scorecard hasn’t arrived yet, will IIMA still accept my application for the next stage?
Or do they strictly require the official test centre scorecard at the time of submission itself?

you may want to check the debit card or credit card you entered in the process. Many a times they are not international cards , for example a normal debit card from HDFC is not necessarily an international debit card. However, if you are still facing issues, pls check if international transactions are enabled on the card you are using, If it’s urgent then you can always use paypal too

Thanks for your response..this was the same card I used for last exam .so there is no issues with the card..according to GMAC customer care the problem is with the payment gateway!!
