I remember you mentioning that you had an interview with Oxford. Hopefully, you have spent some time deeply evaluating the gaps in your application especially around your post-MBA goals narrative. Strong hygiene in your goals story is important even for top Indian B-schools like IIM A, IIM B, and ISB.

Hi,
This is a promising profile. The key questions you need to address are: why MBA and why MBA at this stage of your career? You should also evaluate whether the desired career pivot can realistically be achieved without an MBA and clearly articulate how the programme will help bridge that gap. Your positioning and overall application narrative will play a critical role.
While the GRE score is slightly below the average range, it should not be a deal breaker, especially since you may get some diversity advantage as a female candidate. If you have taken the GRE recently and are still in preparation mode, you can consider a retake and aim to improve the score by 3–4 points to further strengthen your application.
