Hi everyone.. is it a wise idea to apply for round 4 in IMD for the 2021 class, or would it make more sense to wait for round 1 for the 2022 class? Chances of scholarship is a major reason for me to consider delaying. However, I already have 11 years of experience and perhaps the sooner I apply the better it is. Any views please? Hi necromancer23 .. Undoubtedly, you should wait and apply in R1. There are more chances and scholarships offered in first 2 rounds. If IMD is your target school, do not worry about 11 or 12 years of experience. Give your best shot. IMD is highly selective. I wish you all the best.

Hi Everyone, Has anyone been invited to assessment day for R4 applications? I got an invite and was wondering if there are others out there in this group. Also are there people who attended the online assessment day in previous rounds still active in this group? I would to hear about the experience. Thanks,

Hey, The assessment day was very enjoyable, even though it was through zoom. It went for 4 or 5 hours and was stimulating and challenging throughout. We were 7 candidates with 4 or 5 faculty members. 1- We started with a few words to introduce ourselves. 2- 1-on-1 interview. 3- Case study which you read alone, then prepare and present your answer with your assigned team 4- You pick a card, get a topic, then talk about this topic for 2 minutes (no time to think or prepare) 5- Group exercise (all candidates) - You are given a situational problem where you need to work with other candidates to solve it. 6- You get to ask your questions. Be yourself, don't lie, be calm and confident, and be prepared for the interview. Good luck!

TravellingGunner I got the invite as well. Judging from your post date (14 Sept), it seems like they may have gone out at the same time (for most people). I have my assessment day 1 October. Anyone know about the dress code for the zoom day? Full business (shirt and tie), or just shirt?
