Hey, what is the Kira interview weightage? I felt like I had less time on my written question and totally messed it up...
Also for everyone preparing, please prepare to write your written question answer within a short duration, I don’t remember how long they give , around 100 seconds or so

I believe they use to make sure the essays sort of represent your language skills and that you’re able to start conversations spontaneously (based on what I’ve heard)

There is 1 min timer for the four spoken questions and 5 mins timer for the written question

Yes

Given the short time duration for KIRA, my view is that they wouldn’t expect a masterpiece. So long as your structure/ pointers, tone, and presence (in video q’s) are good, you should be alright. Your overall application (i.e. CV, score, essays, interview etc.) would matter more.

Hello all, seeking for advices.. Does anyone know if AO would still take a GMAT topup score at this stage, for R4 J25 intake? Applied to R4, got interview invites and just done them last week. I think the interviews went amicably, but I am still quite concerned as my gmat was much lower than average applicants score. So I’m wondering if should I take another GMAT and provide AO an update if the score is better? The final decisions seem they would be sent out around mid October.

The MiM programme in some of the top schools prefer students right after graduation or with little to no work exp [ 0- 2 years ] , some do not have a bar

I was planning on enrolling for the 2026 admissions , which means I’ll start sending out my applications by August / September 2025 ,

Wanted to know will the work experience count be considered as of the application submission date or the time when the programme commences ?

Asking because, I would have accrued 2 years of work experience at the time of submitting my application and my work experience count will be 3 years when joining the programme

I wouldn’t want my work experience to be a barrier while applying to MiM programmes since most of the MiM programmes prefer Early career professionals

But does INSEAD have a cap of works exp for MiM ? It’s not clearly mentioned

Was just researching the eligibility requirements for MiM , and most of them have a limit that the candidate should not possess a work experience of > 2 years

If MiM is aimed at folks with [ 0- 2 ] years of work exp and an MBA ( considering that the candidate is aiming for M7 or T15 ) ideal for professionals with [4 / 5+] years of work exp , are there any other well recognised programs for folks with 3 to 4 years of works experience?

And in case if I wish to do an MiM is it advisable to quit my full time work before I hit the 2 year work experience mark and then apply a year later ( I’m not sure of anyone has even done this ) and if the admission committee would be okay with this
