"INSEAD’s official, current policy states that two recommendations are required and must be submitted by your application deadline."
It doesn’t guarantee an automatic rejection to the next round every time a recommender is late. In practice, some late LORs have been accepted, but not very late. You should notify the Admissions Officer/Adcom immediately, only the Admissions team can confirm exactly how your specific file was handled.
Officially, INSEAD treats the two LORs as part of a complete application, and the deadline is strict. Note: In such cases, it is best to communicate with the admissions team immediately and provide the relevant documents.

neya3112 - LoR's are typically due by the application deadline, and if they aren't submitted, the application isn't considered complete.
Having said that, it's best to email the AdCom (if you haven't already), stating the reason for your recommenders' delay(s), and requesting to be considered in this round.
If the reason is justified, I would guess/ hope that they should be alright - I've seen it happen in the past, where LoR's were accepted a couple of days after deadline, as long as the rest of the application was submitted on time.
