unfortunately not. The number is extremely high.
Also, if there are deferrals, they’d happen due to the rise in cases and potentially going online post DHM or on campus as well. Hence, even if WL is converted would you still go for it?

Plan your year as if it’s not getting converted . If it happens, then great.

although ISB has maintained that your scores are locked, there’s no harm in sending your score if it has improved.

Does anyone have any idea what’s happening with R3 applications isb - its been nearly a month since R3 application submission is done - still waiting for the reply from school - if there is any one who got any kind of response pls post the same over here

Agreed - deferrals would mostly all be due to rise in cases - online classroom experience might not make sense for many (incl me even if waitlist converts) given close to 40 lac cost.

But given the program starts in June - by when will ISB announce the mode of class conduct?

Well said. Perhaps only reason we are WL and not Reject is to keep buffer stock against people quitting at last moment for it going online again.

By that logic it is wise for WL converts to Defer too rather than subscribing to an annual 42 lakh INR streaming service.

imo, it makes sense from ISB perspective to waitlist because in a way they are encouraging you to apply next year. they have given a powerful drug to candidates named HOPE
