How should we read the tele group numbers? Does the tele group have only students graduating in 2023 (including EEO/YLP of previous years) or EEO students from future batches. And does ISB releases results this late every year? The acad session is hardly a month away.

Tough to gauge at this stage. I personally think that chances seem bleak as they have already pulled some WL candidates from R1 and R2 recently. Ig the best we can do is wait till 15th.

Folks, don't lose hope yet!

It looks like they're still interviewing. There were at least two other interviews that commenced in parallel during my slot. By the looks of it, they were running back-to-back interviews.

Do google V.K Menon's blog post titled 'The gatekeeper at ISB'. It's a great read. It gives some clarity to the criteria the school is looking at, and to the structure of the process as well.

Honestly, it's a bad idea to reach out, just because they'd already be swamped with hundreds of other such mails. And, it won't leave a good impression (unless of course you have legitimate reason to do solve ; Eg: work promotion or other important updates like recognition at work, side project or extracurricular activity)

Also, anyone who wants to expand their b-school search is welcome to have a chat with me. I've extensively researched the same.
