You can still wait for an interview invite in the next 2 days. I had called up the campus and they said interviews would be rolled out till 10th March

10 - 7CGPA

12th - 60%, Grad - 60%. have cleared CFA level 1 and 2 and around 2 yrs of experience in Citibank. What are my chances of converting ISB give 700+gmat and good essays and interview

If you were waitlisted, most likely the adcom is not convinced about some aspect of your profile. Did the interview panel tell you about this "problem area" (as some of them do)? How well did you address that in your answer? Their response should have given you some idea on whether you would make it or not.
