No, even Mumbai candidates too got mail. I am one among them. But the mail puts me in a quandary. Under review till Nov 18, in a phased manner. The question asked, any kind of mail, which includes "under review".[/quote] that’s worrisome. I thought no one from Mumbai received any communication
