Hello. I received an admit from ISB this year in R1 after a rejection in R3 last year. I applied against the will of many who said that 6 months are not enough to build a profile after rejection. I personally think it’s hard to pinpoint the reason for not making the list because there are a lot of uncertainties. However, I can say by experience that the next time you apply, you would personally feel different. I am not very good at motivating others, but if I can make it as an engineer with a GMAT less than 720, please have hope that you could exceed your expectations too. I wish you all the best.

Allocation of campus is not a reflection of poor profile score ! The decision is made to ensure homogeneity of diversity across 2 campuses.

Yes, guys. Rejection is not the end of the road but yet another beginning to add new skills. I am 35 and from the private sector. Many people told me that I won’t make it through. Somehow, I got selected. So, do not loose hope.

See, I am not that good with English either. So, please please. Take this as a learning and move forward.

Hey guys. Congratulations to everyone who got through in R1 and I am sure those who have not been able to do so shall do so in some other good College or do well elsewhere in Life.

I have a query, I have a professional Experience of 5 years and 2 months of working with IDBI Bank- a Public Sector bank and I did my BE in CSE from MIT Manipal. I have started prepping for GMAT for almost 2 months now, I wanted to know if you guys can be of help to me of whether I have any chance of getting an Admit to ISB in R3 or other top level colleges in India.
I have already resigned form my Job because I had just reached that Stage where I could not continue any further. Any inputs form people who have got Admits and others shall be appreciated. Thanks!

Since u’ve already resigned, if I were you I would’ve tried to maximize your chances by sitting for other MBA entrance exams as well.. last date fr XAT 2023 appln is Nov 30.. you can give it a try i guess.. Many tier 1 and tier 2 colleges do accept that score

Admitted. Mohali Campus. I am not mad or anything but I wanted Hyderabad(more people better network maybe). Is there anyway we can raise this issue with adcom?
