ISB has a very holistic admissions process, which includes evaluation across multiple facets including your academics, work experience, extra-curriculars, leadership qualities, and clarity of goals. So if you are able to present a great story which highlights all these aspects clearly, then for sure.
You do have an advantage in terms of your work background. Your score should also be fine for ISB
