Does ISB send a rejection mail?
I got a mail on the 20th saying my application is still under review and this process will go on until mid-Feb, but nothing since.
I see people have been getting shortlisting mails around the same date.

Have you taken the GMAT? Difficult to say without context of leadership potential at work place, and more details. If you can show leadership potential and unique stories with a good GMAT(700+) you should surely have a good shot at being called for isb interviews.

You will be required to carry only a Passport/Adhaar Card as Identity proof. No other documents are required. You might want to keep a pen and a piece of paper handy to make any calculations or to write and explain during the Interview.
