I found the experts’ global mocks very useful. These are not computer adaptive but have a good mix of all difficulty level questions. The number of mocks differs for everyone as per their prep and confidence level. I could take 13 mocks. I would suggest at least 10 to build your test taking stamina.

Yes. I got a 700. Not so great but I started my prep late and had only 6 weeks for the prep as I wanted to apply in R1.

I would recommend the official GMAC mocks as they are the closest representative of your score. Princeton review mocks are also comparable. Magoosh and Manhattan I found quite hard as compared to actual gmat

Hi guys I have been preparing for 2 months now whenever I get time. I have completed concepts of both verbal and quant. I felt so confident about verbal (in which I was weak). However after learning concepts too I am unable to achieve at least V35-40. Quant I never had problem consistent Q49/50. How to tackle verbal especially CR. I am very good at SC. Any tips guys

Hello friends, I want to strengthen verbal portion first. Is there any mock test available to check verbal score only?

power score bible is pretty good. Go through it once. It will take you 3-4 days to completely finish the book at a decent pace. The book gives you a strong framework.
Post that solve only official questions. Try a set of untimed questions first. Understand every wrong and right option and the reasons as to why an option is right or wrong. Once you feel more confident. Start timing yourself. Use the verbal OG and then official guide. You can also try scholaranium official if you have egmat. It will strengthen your core topic wise.

I have been stuck on the same Verbal score since months now. The only reason I couldn’t apply in R1. My current verbal score varies from V25 to V31can some suggest, what can I do to improve my verbal score?

I would just have one advice to stop studying now till the exam as it will create anxiety and not add any value. For the exam, I would say do not change any of your test taking strategy. Just treat it like any other mock and do your best. Best of luck :)
