if one have 3-4 years of gap, does it affect selection chances at isb and other mba colleges...

There were 3 members in my panel. 2 alums. 1 from admission committee. Only alums asked questions. Admission committee person was just an observer I guess

You will need to justify how you spent those 3-4 years. Essentially even the gap needs to be part of your bigger story

Guys I mailed the ISB Adcom regarding the X mas offer results , they replied me that by 10 march they will release

I am confused weather by 10th march means on 10th march or it can be before that
