ReeteshJThe scores could be potentially compensated with a high GMAT score- what are you expecting? It will also depend on the university you graduated from.
Regarding the career break, how long ago was that? If it is old and you've already overcome it by showing progress in your career, the break shouldn't really impact your chances negatively.
At the same time, we are looking at limited information and just 2 data points in isolation, a lot of other details are needed around your expected GMAT, career progression and achievements, extracurricular activities and career goals post MBA.
Looking at all of these will give a better assessment of your strengths and weaknesses.
