Also those who participate in International Immersion do they get Dual Degrees?

If the fees is 47+ lakhs and assuming someone doesn’t get a scholarship how can someone pay the extra 7+ lakhs if the upper limit of student loans is 40 lakhs? Someone please shed some light.
