under employment details - there is a tab ’*Enter Total Years of Experience as on 08th April 2024’ - after which there is another one ’Date of Joining’ - what is this referring to ? what date of joining needs to be mentioned?

There is no right answer. Go with your judgement on the value it adds to your candidature. Keep a mix of academics, work related, extracurriculars if you have to choose from a list. Recent vs older? Recent is better, but depends on what the award is for and at what level.

11:59 PM. In case your recommender is not able to submit on time, please drop a note to adcom beforehand stating the reason and inform them the date / time when your recommender will ideally submit. Do note that this leeway is only for LOR and you still need to submit your app by 11.59 PM

It gets auto-populated once you enter your job details. It take the starting date of your first jobs and you need to manually enter the total years of work exp

Yes. Thats part of the application submission. You will need to furnish details as part of application submission

Hello all...Just need some clarity regarding the recommendations.

Is it that once I submit just my referee details, my referee will receive the form to fill and he needs to submit the form by Dec 3 EOD ?
Or is it that my referee will receive the form only after I submit my complete application and he too has to submit the form by Dec 3 EOD ?

Because for few foreign schools, the referees receive the form/mail as soon as one submit just their referee details in the application (not the whole application) and the referee too has to submit the LORs by the deadline
