The filled-in recommendation should be received by the Office of Admissions & Financial Aid within the respective cycle application deadline.

I need an expert advice. Does applying in R2 and applying in R3 make any difference. In the ISB webinar, answer was No. However, one of my friends who had applied earlier for ISB said Yes. Can anyone please clarify ?

Think it in probabilistic terms, in later round vacant seats would be very less as compared to the competition you might have. No school will say your chances would be less, as if they do they would not be having any application in later rounds.

Ok, Is the same thing applicable for R3 of IIM's executive MBA programs as well ?

Hi all, I am a female Bcom graduate who has a work experience of 6 years in EY. I have 89.82% in 10th; 94,5% in 12th - I came third in my school. 8.2 CGPA in college. I also have ranked fourth in the university. I have a GMAT score of 680 though which is lower compared to the competitive score. During my college I was the treasurer in the college students union. Currently I am in the role of a consultant post 2 promotions.

This being my profile can someone help me understand if I stand any chance for a seat in ISb if I apply in R3

Hi,

It is advisable to retake the GMAT and then apply with a more competitive score, whether its R1 or R3. Its not that there are no admits at 680 in R3, but applying with a higher score will be better.

All the best!

Hi Folks,
Has anyone received an admit with 680 GMAT score yet?
Me! Got admitted with 680 GMAT score. Though I was worried about my score not being competitive enough, other aspects of my application like essays, LOR, interviews, profile etc helped me make up for it and stand out I'd highly recommend applying in this round and taking your chances. I got some fantastic guidance from Arijit Biswas at CrackAdmission. He helped me highlight the right things in my essays and the mock interviews were a game-changer, helping me ace the real one. Feel free to connect for any queries.
