I definitely do not foresee R2 being in October Prachi-56. R1 in September and R2 in October, just seems infeasible.
November end/December beginning seem to be more like it.

10th: 9.6 CGPA
12th: 94.4 %
Cleared Chartered Accountancy in first attempt. Working with a big 4 and have an experience of 5 years in tax consulting.
Extra curricular: represented school in the table tennis on the state level
Planning to give GMAT in sep 2023
To add above, i have been the top performer in the team and have been working directly with the director and partner of the firm on many crucial assignment which include assistance in listing of shares to merger of listed company and handling the execution on my own. Plus i am also handling a team of 3-4 folks who report to me. Whether that would have an extra weightage in lieu of team work or leadership front?

Just be very honest (and of course articulate) in your essays. Look at the positives, and there are numerous: Big-4, top performer, first attempt CA. You have everything going for you.
You've not mentioned your goals, but that discussion can wait. Just try to maximize your GMAT score at this stage. Everything else will fall in place.
