Honestly, I believe ISB was not prepared for the high number of applicants in Rounds 2 and 3. It seems like ISB chose some below-average profiles in Round 1, based on what I’ve noticed in the ISB https://gmatclub.com/chat admissions group. As a result, exceptional profiles in Rounds 2 and 3 are being rejected citing their diversity rule. Lol 😆 They’re excessively profit Driven machines. ISB risks damaging its brand if they fail to alter their approach to candidate selection.
True. . I observed numerous R3 outstanding profiles being not invited at all for interview. These exceptional profiles had received prestigious accolades such as presidential medals, multiple awards, and had founded successful startups. On the other hand, the profiles shortlisted in Round 1 are of a very substandard quality, which is unjust.
Frankly, i regret spending my money on this. With profiles like these, one can easily gain admission to top-ranked B schools in the world, surpassing the reputation of ISB. Moreover, is ISB truly deserving of this level of competition when compared to other prestigious B schools in the US and Europe?
