Hi, what score should I aim for, for ISB’s application. Also, what score should I be aiming for in my mocks to be able to score well enough in my actual exam, again for ISB’s application.
Please help!

More information would be needed about your profile in order to recommend any target GMAT score. In the absence of profile details, the general advice is always 665+. As a strategy, aim to get 10-20 points higher in mocks compared to your target score for the actual exam.

Hey I have a very imp question, I am filling the ISB YLP application, but my cat score is very low around (80 %ile) and I could not take gmat yet (it is scheduled for Dec 26)

Can I submit my application without gmat score or proof of scheduled gmat exam and submit the scores later by the end of December?

You can’t submit your application without the score. If you don’t wish to put in your existing CAT scores, you’ll need to push your application to the next round and put in the fresh GMAT score once you take the exam on 26th Dec

If you start preparing now, you should be done in the next 3-4 months. That would be completely fine.

Your scores in the official mocks are likely to be your scores in the actual exam as well.

So, once you consistently start hitting a 645+ on your mocks, you should be good to go.

Can you also tell me how many mocks are enough to take?

Generally 4-6 official mocks (available at mba.com) are sufficient for most candidates sk1999.

Just to be on the safe side, start preparing early. Once you get a shortlist you might have only 3-5 days for the prep. It also depends on your current level of comfort and experience with admission interviews.
