It’s ISB.

Additionally, I pay close attention to the kind of activity that happened during R1 where things were more than mismanaged and can’t be googled.

I don’t really suggest people act desperately but if they do have to, might as well ask the right person.

Having followed R1, do you know if R1 calls took place in a similar fashion as R2? And how soon after the last interview date did they give out final letters?

At 4:30 PM the decisions rolled out

I think I have a screenshot of that somewhere, I sent it to one of the guys who was eagerly waiting

The official time to give up on that still is about 1-2 weeks before that date. *Speaking speculatively* (Decisions do end up Rollin out even at the last moment so no comments on that)
