You have only 2.5 years of experience, which puts you at the borderline of eligibility for the flagship program. You need to understand that you cannot compete with the depth of experience that the majority of candidates selected for the ISB cohort will bring (think bell curve). There’s no easy way out for you other than improving your score. Let me also tell you that young candidates with low exam scores and no intention of retaking the test leave a very weak impression on the admissions committee. Your professional responsibilities, while important, can’t reasonably be framed as more critical than those of countless others in more senior roles, who still manage to put in the effort to improve their scores. Aside from the fact that you have to beat the competition, admissions offices have a responsibility to make sure you don't academically struggle in analytical subjects, especially finance. They need to see that the people admitted have reached a certain level especially in Quant. Please reconsider this.

Application Strength
I believe my ISB application is strong, especially my essay, where I have highlighted my impactful work with UNICEF. However, my GRE score only 301 can’t retake it is quite low. Given my profile and the fact that I have prepared my entire application for Round 3, do you think I stand a chance?
