I faced a similar issue - whenever I uploaded it, for some reason it never used to show when I clicked on preview. I just submitted the application after uploading the picture again. I am not able to upload the profile picture although it meets the criteria, just 40kb and jpg file. Please help if i am missing something, its not getting uploaded
