Requesting a profile review for a potential engineering male candidate for ISB R2
Acads:
• Grad : 8.1 GPA (81%) [Electronics and Communication engineering with a minor in Management from Shiv Nadar University]
• 12th: 91.83 % [CBSE – PCM]
• 10th: 10 CGPA (95%) [CBSE]
Professional Experience :
• Total YoE (Present) : 3Y 1M
• Total YoE (Starting of the course) : 3Y 7M
• Domain : Software R&D
• Responsibilities:
o Lead UI engineer for multiple projects at my company.
o Pioneered the use of multiple new technologies in the company.
o Designed multiple UI screens and held UX discussions with our stakeholders.
o Conducted tech-talks to teach about the new technologies pioneered by me.
o Entrusted to build the UI for 2 products alone.
• Rank : SDE2
Extra-curricular
• Part of the student government as a CR and Treasury secretary. Revamped the equipment and instruments for all student clubs by organizing the first-ever university-vide procurement drive. Increased the budget outlay from 15,000 to 10.5 lakhs after multiple rounds of negotiations with university top brass.
• Marketing head of the college automotive team. Competed at a national level electric-ATV competition. Part of the manufacturing team too, worked at the shop floor to build the ATV. Devised a B-plan for the competition, and was offered 2cr INR as seed for the B-plan at the competition. Devised marketing strategies to increase the awareness of the team amongst the colleges students and increase participation within the college students. Raised and arranged sponsorship funds for the team.
• Part of the sponsorship team of our college fest, raised 2.5 lakhs in in-kind and cash deals.
Post-MBA goals
• Would like to venture into Technology Consulting. I believe an MBA would equip me with the right skills.

hi guys. In a fix right now.
I checked my essays for AI content and one of the websites has flagged one of my essay as ai generated. Another website cleared it. I did not bother checking earlier as I had written them myself, but now I have submitted my application and I’m super paranoid. Any help would be appreciated.
