Hi everyone!
A couple of questions:
1. How should we dress if we plan to visit the school? Should we wear a shirt and tie? Business casual? Casual?
2. Have you guys been putting down the schools you're applying to on the application? I don't want them to think that I'm not into the school based on all of the other schools I'm applying to
Thanks guys!
Hello, here are my 2 cents!
1. I visited the school yesterday, and I was certainly overdressed wearing a suit and a tie. Having said that, although I mostly saw business casual/casual outfits, I'd suggest to wear a shirt and dress pants (no need for a suit or tie) and leave the hoodies for DJ weekend once you are admitted

1-2 other prospectives were wearing a suit with a tie, but at least I felt a bit overdressed in Sage Hall.
The class I attended was also a mix: shirts, sweaters, jeans, sweatshirts, sneakers...
2. Personally, I won't write anything in this section, but since the GMAT Official Score Report I am uploading mentions what schools I am sending the scores to, they will know... Don't overthink this point, if they like your application, they should invite you to interview, and then they might ask you where else you are applying. Just honestly explain why you think Johnson is a good fit and what sets it apart from the rest of the schools you are applying to. I don't think they admit/reject people based on what other schools you apply to, but rather on the reasons why you are applying to Johnson and the other schools.
By the way, I would recommend visiting Johnson to any prospective applicant, I had an awesome time there and everyone was very nice and helpful. Connect with students and/or faculty and meet up with them while you are there. The only thing I regret is that I could only spend 1 day there, I wanted to explore more of Ithaca and the surrounding area!
If you are lucky and you also have great weather during your visit (like me), I'm sure the school will go from being in your radar to the top of your list!

After spending just 1 day there, I think it is an ideal place to spend 2 years studying and meeting people from all over the world.
Hope it helps!
