Hi Shubham, Congratulations for the admit. According to the portal. Once you accept the offer and paid non-refundable amount than only can join chatting group. But, you can try from the portal itself to join chatting group.

FYI, I just checked my portal and it says "decided" and to please view letter below. But I can't find a letter anywhere on the portal so I don't know what that means
