I was told that r3 decision would be rolled out by the end of May. It would be different from r2. Guess more people will get admitted without money.

Guess they will advise you to patiently wait. LOL.

I think they will release admit without money first then admit with small money, finally the big rewards.

If I am admitted without $, I won't go.
